Lecture on calligraphy part 1

Calligraphy is the art of good-looking writing. A modern explanation of calligraphic perform is “the art of giving form to secret language in a communicative, tuneful and skillful method”. The story of writing is one of aesthetic development framed within the technological skills, broadcast speed(s) and equipment boundaries of a human being, time and place. A method of writing is described as a handwriting, hand or alphabet.
Calligraphy ranges from purposeful hand lettered inscriptions and designs to fine art pieces where the abstract appearance of the handwritten scratch possibly will or may not succeed the legibility of the letters. Traditional calligraphy differs from typeface and non-classical hand-lettering, though a calligrapher may make all of these; typescript are in history closely controlled yet liquid and impulsive, ad hoc at the instant of writing. So, lots of calligraphers are as content with “jazz” as “traditional” for melodic similarity and represents conflicting importance flanked by artists.
