These are every one good levels of fitness.  Importance should be placed on every one of them, but working towards one at a time and maybe simply achieving one is great for any improvements in your fitness.

So, why is health important?  Because you will feel improved, you’ll feel great and in fact, you’ll realize what you were missing out on because you will feel so much more alive.  Full of power and fighting fit.
